The role requires strong numerical abilities, excellent data accuracy, and collaboration with HR and Finance to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of payroll, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify payroll information including hours, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
• Review timesheets and payroll documentation for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain payroll data in systems.
• Prepare regular payroll cycles and reports.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities and tax documents.
• Maintain confidential payroll records for audits.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Accounting as needed.
