Job summary

Auris Payroll, now part of Acrisure, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions with small to mid-sized merchants. You’ll use Atlas CRM for lead generation, conduct in-person and phone presentations, and work toward a fast, commission-driven sales cycle.

Training with senior leaders precedes autonomous scheduling and field work. Role emphasizes building relationships, meeting production goals, and delivering client-centric payroll services.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Incentive-driven sales hunter
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM with notes and contact information
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure early wins
• Build knowledge of product portfolio and industry changes
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be comfortable with in-person and remote client engagements
