Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payroll, to own the product area end to end, including API surface and the developer experience. You will partner with Engineering leadership to shape architecture, prototype to de-risk ideas, and drive adoption with cross-functional teams across payroll, tax, and operations.

Qualifications

• Technical direction with architecture and design quality.
• Experience as product manager in a high-growth company.
• Experience working in payroll, HR, fintech, or similar.
• Strong judgement in strategic and tactical decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product area including API surface and developer experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering Lead and Staff Engineers on architecture and direction.
• Prototype and write code to de-risk ideas or ship small pieces.
• Ensure adoption and hypercare after delivery, monitor usage over time.
• Coordinate with payroll and tax teams across departments to gather requirements.
