Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in technology companies serving enterprise businesses.
• Experience in complex domains with regulatory and operational requirements; payroll and tax knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional product initiatives that deliver significant business impact.
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to customer needs with a commitment to high-quality execution.
• Skills in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment and positive outcomes.
• Willingness to attend our annual 3-day company offsite in the fall.

• Lead product execution with a bold, opinionated approach, pushing the boundaries of payroll solutions while addressing customer challenges with urgency.
• Engage with cross-functional experts from our business, engineering, and payroll operations teams to align on strategic goals.
• Connect directly with Check’s partners—software companies across diverse verticals to understand their daily challenges and identify opportunities for scaling their payroll businesses.
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap in partnership with engineering and operations, outlining actionable strategies to build the infrastructure our partners need to scale.
