Job summary

Netchex is seeking an Onboarding Specialist (remote) to drive client onboarding from data pulls to platform activation. You will serve as a direct client contact, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of onboarding milestones.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Legal work eligibility in the U.S. is required, with no visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client-facing project coordination, onboarding, implementation, or payroll/HR services
• Experience extracting, formatting, and validating data within a client platform
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office Suite skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation
• Able to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Payroll/financial services background preferred
• FPC or related certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Own data pulls, historical formatting, and reporting across the onboarding lifecycle
• Coordinate touchpoints across onboarding projects and act as client liaison
• Configure Netchex payroll platform and activate client assets
• Perform quality-control reviews of onboarding deliverables
• Manage data entry and reporting within client platform
• Collaborate with COE and project management teams
• Support end-to-end onboarding for enterprise accounts across multiple workstreams
