Job summary

Agency is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support onboarding and ongoing plan administration for retirement clients. You will coordinate payroll system setup and ensure smooth implementation for US-East Coast customers.

You’ll reference documentation, track action items, and drive faster onboarding through effective project tasks while collaborating with CRM tools like Google Workspace and Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Keen attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• Experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to quickly understand new concepts and passion for the work.
• Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira/Confluence.
