Job summary

Netchex is seeking an Onboarding Trainer to guide new clients through onboarding of HR modules. This remote, client-facing role requires strong training skills and a background in SaaS or HR software.

DESCRIPTIONHCM Onboarding Trainer - HR Modules (Remote)Role Summary Do you love teaching people new software and helping them succeed? As an HCM Onboarding Trainer (Onboard Lead, HR), you'll guide new Netchex clients as they adopt our HR software modules. You'll lead live training sessions, serve as the client's go-to contact, and make sure every client feels confident using the platform from kickoff to go-live. This is a fully client-facing role. The ideal candidate is a natural trainer with a customer support background who builds strong client relationships, follows through on every question, and never lets an issue slip. Please note: This is a client-facing software training and onboarding role. It is not an internal HR generalist, HR coordinator or recruiting position. You'll teach our clients how to use HR technology rather than administer HR for Netchex employees. This is a remote role. Candidates must currently reside in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. This role does not offer visa sponsorship, and candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

What You'll Do

• Lead new clients through onboarding of Netchex HR modules, from kickoff through go-live
• Plan and deliver engaging virtual training sessions for client administrators and end users
• Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for clients during onboarding
• Respond promptly to client emails and questions, and own each issue through resolution
• Manage timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple clients at once
• Partner with internal teams, including our global implementation team, to complete client setups accurately
• Spot recurring client questions and help improve training materials and onboarding processes

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience training others, such as software or client training, corporate training, or a trainer role on a support team
• Customer or client support experience, ideally with SaaS, HR or payroll software
• Proven client relationship management: setting expectations, building trust and following through
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical topics simply
• Strong organization and time management across multiple clients and priorities
• Self-motivated: when things are quiet, you look for ways to help, learn a new skill or support a teammate
• Flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Familiarity with HR processes or HCM software (onboarding, benefits, employee records) is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software quickly
