Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience across U.S. multi-state and Canada.
• Experience processing payroll for 5,000+ employees.
• 3+ years of direct payroll team leadership in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada.
• Manage and develop a payroll team in a large corporate environment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Dayforce payroll processes and system challenges.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state and Canadian payroll regulations.
• Partner with leadership on payroll strategy, processes, and continuous improvement.
