CFS is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada, driving Dayforce optimization and regulatory compliance while leading a growing payroll team. This role offers remote work with quarterly travel and exposure to a large, multi-state workforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience across U.S. multi-state and Canada.
• Experience processing payroll for 5,000+ employees.
• 3+ years of direct payroll team leadership in a large organization.
