Job summary

CyberX Info System seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll across the United States and Canada. The role requires hands-on Dayforce/Ceridian experience and thorough knowledge of US and Canadian payroll regulations.

You will ensure accurate processing, maintain compliant records, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers. The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of payroll experience and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in payroll processing or management.
• Hands-on Dayforce or Ceridian payroll system experience.
• Experience processing payroll for US and Canada.
• Knowledge of W-2, T4, payroll taxes, and year-end reporting.
• Strong Excel and HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for US and Canada employees.
• Use Dayforce/Ceridian for payroll processing and administration.
• Ensure compliance with US and Canadian payroll regulations.
• Handle W-2 reporting, T4, and year-end payroll tasks.
• Reconcile payroll registers, taxes, deductions, and GL entries.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
• Coordinate payroll audits and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and collaborate with HR/Finance.
