CFS in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead a large-scale payroll function across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient operations. The role works in a hybrid schedule with some remote days and collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

You will drive payroll strategy, oversee a payroll team, and implement process improvements and system enhancements to modernize the payroll function while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of payroll experience with leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and wage and hour regulations.
• Experience processing Canadian payroll is required.

• Lead day-to-day payroll operations for a multi-state and multi-location workforce.
• Ensure payroll compliance, tax requirements, and year-end reporting.
• Develop and mentor the payroll team and partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits.

• Provide guidance on payroll policies and complex payroll issues.
