Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing across a multi-state portfolio. The role ensures accurate, timely payments, compliance, and acts as the HRIS/payroll platform administrator for setup, maintenance, and reconciliations of tax accounts and benefits.

This remote position collaborates with property leaders and the finance team to optimize payroll processes, implement system upgrades, and support audits while maintaining confidentiality and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years payroll experience with at least 2 in a managerial role.
• Strong multi-state payroll and payroll taxes knowledge.
• Experience with cloud-based HRIS/payroll platforms; ADP preferred.
• Experience supporting payroll/HRIS implementations and rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end biweekly payroll processing and deductions.
• Develop payroll policies and ensure compliance with laws.
• Administer HRIS/payroll platform and tax accounts across entities.
• Coordinate with accounting and auditors for payroll audits and year-end actions.
• Support timekeeping, garnishments, and benefit deductions reconciliation.
• Lead system implementations and rollouts with data validation.
