Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing seeks an experienced HRIS & Payroll Systems Manager to lead payroll operations across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and system integrity. The role partners with Finance, Legal, IT and HR to deploy, migrate, and maintain the payroll platform for 1,200+ employees.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in payroll and HRIS, strong ADP experience, and proven ability to implement enterprise HRIS projects while training site HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years in payroll processes and HRIS across multi-site, multi-state org.
• 3–5 years leading administration of enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred).
• Experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple states.
• Experience in enterprise HRIS/payroll implementations, migrations, or major upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll oversight and QA for site-level payroll.
• Act as payroll and HRIS authority during ADP implementation and migration.
• Coordinate data mapping, cleansing, validation, and testing for payroll integrations.
• Develop payroll SOPs, controls, and governance; support change management and training.
• Lead system maintenance, upgrades, and integration testing post-implementation.
