Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role serves as the HRIS and payroll platform administrator and coordinates tax accounts and benefit deductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a HR-related field or equivalent experience.
• CPP or related certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based, multi-entity payroll platforms outside of a single state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end biweekly payroll processing with accurate wages, deductions, taxes, and payments.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures across hotel properties.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices.
• Manage HRIS configuration, pay rules, and system initiatives.
• Coordinate year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and distribution.
