Job summary

Leoforce seeks a seasoned Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage payroll accuracy, ensure compliance, and deliver reliable payroll reporting while coordinating with HR leadership and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and strong tax/compliance expertise, including international payroll coordination via EOR platforms such as Papaya Global. Remote-friendly with in-person weekly Philly office visits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll operations experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Degree in Finance, Human Resources or related field.
• Direct, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong experience with taxation at various levels and mandated reporting.
• Experience with payroll processes, validating data, resolving discrepancies, and producing payroll reports.
• Familiarity with Papaya Global or similar EOR platforms for international payroll.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll operations end-to-end with accuracy and compliance.
• Validate payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and generate payroll reports.
• Coordinate with HR and finance stakeholders including VP of HR.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Support HRIS administration and payroll reporting needs.
