Job summary

Leoforce seeks a seasoned Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage payroll accuracy, ensure compliance, and deliver reliable payroll reporting while coordinating with HR leadership and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and strong tax/compliance expertise, including international payroll coordination via EOR platforms such as Papaya Global. Remote-friendly with in-person weekly Philly office visits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll operations experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Degree in Finance, Human Resources or related field.
• Direct, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong experience with taxation at various levels and mandated reporting.
• Experience with payroll processes, validating data, resolving discrepancies, and producing payroll reports.
• Familiarity with Papaya Global or similar EOR platforms for international payroll.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data administration.

Job Details

• Significant hands‑on experience managing payroll operations, ideally in a complex, fast-paced corporate environment.
• Background / Degree in Finance, Human Resources or related field required.
• Direct, hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
• Strong experience with taxation at various levels and mandated reporting / auditing
• Experience administering payroll processes, validating payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and producing accurate payroll reports.
• Familiarity with Papaya Global or similar Employer of Record (EOR) platforms used to coordinate international employment and payroll processes; Papaya Global experience is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems, employee data administration, compensation reviews, and related reporting; additional HRIS platforms are a plus.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion when handling payroll, compensation, and sensitive employee information.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-accountability environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the maturity and judgment to partner effectively with the VP of HR and other stakeholders.
