Job summary

CAI is seeking a Functional Support Analyst Intern to support the Payroll portal and Oracle ERP HR/Payroll modules, and the Learning Management System (LMS). You will deliver excellent customer service and gain hands-on experience in an enterprise environment while working remotely.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, is full-time, and requires 40 hours per week during core hours in the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior pursuing a CS/IS or related degree.
• GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow documented processes.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Preferred: Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and log tickets in CAI ServiceNow.
• Analyze ticket data to identify patterns and trends.
• Set ticket priorities based on issue description.
• Provide Level 1 eLearning support.
• Create job aid documentation as needed.
• Escalate issues beyond Level 1 to team leads.
• Operate within Service Level Agreement parameters.
• Learn and adopt new tools used by the team.
