Job summary

CAI is seeking a Functional Support Analyst Intern to support the Payroll portal and Oracle ERP HR/Payroll modules, as well as LMS platforms, delivering strong customer service. This full‑time internship offers remote work within the United States, June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with 40 hours per week and core-hours availability.

The role provides exposure to enterprise systems, ticketing, data analysis, and documentation. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Current junior enrolled in a college degree program in CS, IS, or related field.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Log calls from central call center into CAI ServiceNow.
• Extract data, analyze trends to identify patterns.
• Determine ticket priority from user description.
• Provide Level 1 support for eLearning calls.
• Develop job aid documentation as needed.
• Escalate issues beyond Level 1 to leads.
• Adhere to documented Service Level Agreements.
