Job summary

CAI is seeking a Functional Support Analyst Intern to support the Payroll portal and Oracle ERP HR/Payroll modules, and to assist with LMS eLearning; this full-time remote internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week with core-hour availability within the United States.

You will log and analyze tickets in ServiceNow, assist Level 1 support, and develop job aids while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise systems and customer service.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior in CS/IS with GPA 3.5+
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to follow process and procedure documentation
• Experience with Windows 10/11
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Available for 40 hours/week during core hours (June 7–Aug 6, 2027)
• Remote internship within United States

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from a central call center and log tickets into ServiceNow
• Extract ticket data from ServiceNow and analyze data to identify patterns
• Determine ticket priority based on the issue description
• Assist with Level 1 support for eLearning calls
• Develop job aid documentation as needed
• Escalate issues to team leads when beyond Level 1 support
• Work within Service Level Agreement parameters
• Learn and use new tools supporting the team
