Job summary

CAI is seeking a Functional Support Analyst Intern in the United States to support the Payroll portal and Oracle ERP HR/Payroll modules, plus LMS platforms. This remote internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, about 40 hours per week, with core hours during the nine weeks.

You will gain hands‑on experience in enterprise support and customer service. You will log and analyze tickets, assist Level 1 support for eLearning, and develop job aids while learning new tools.

Qualifications

• Current student in a college degree program (CS/IS or related).
• GPA 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from a central help desk and log tickets in ServiceNow.
• Extract ticket data and analyze trends to identify patterns.
• Prioritize tickets based on issue descriptions and impact.
• Assist Level 1 support for eLearning related calls.
• Create job aids and escalate issues when necessary.
• Operate within the defined Service Level Agreement.
• Learn and adopt new tools used by the team.
