Job summary

Fingercheck in the United States is seeking an Implementation Specialist to oversee onboarding of new accounts onto the Fingercheck platform, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to full operation and rendering accounts payroll-ready.

This role reports to the Implementation Supervisor and can be remote or Brooklyn-based. You will lead end-to-end projects, manage client communications, set up payroll processing, and train end users while upholding reliability, compassion, and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• End to end project management for all assigned implementation projects. Serving as the point of contact and project lead. Communicating clear project timelines, tracking key milestones and maintaining proactive communication to keep projects running on schedule.
• Ownership of the account communication both internally & externally for all aspects of the implementation
• Proactively, professionally and clearly communicate project deliverables, timelines and milestones throughout the implementation
• Fully onboard business owners and their employees through imports or self onboarding
• Respond to incoming emails, calls, and implementation support requests from clients promptly
• Proactively set up payroll processing, work session, training and end-user support meetings
• Review & understand proper tax documents and payroll data
• Assist with account configuration (multi state, PTO policies, Time & Attendance, payroll data, GLs, scheduling, onboarding, workflows) to support client needs and business processes
• Monitor and quickly move new accounts through the onboarding queue, engaging other departments as needed, and resolving automation errors promptly
• Meet SLA's, adhering to a strict timeline to ensure there are no payroll delays
