Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management and/or client implementation.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire client implementation process from post-sale to completion.
• Collaborate with various departments to address issues during implementation.
• Provide technical training and support for HRIS and initial payroll processing.
