Job summary

Dominion Payroll is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. You will serve as the primary liaison with new clients through the payroll system implementation and ensure a smooth transition from old to new processes.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to customize the platform, collect and reconcile payroll data, and manage setup across modules. We value initiative, relationship building, and a commitment to accuracy and client success.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of payroll experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Hungry to learn, humble, and capable of forming deep relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main and single point of contact with new clients during implementation.
• Build customized payroll platform in coordination with services and other departments.
• Collect data to build current year payroll and balance systems with prior data.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure status updates and additional product setup.
