Responsibilities

• Be the go-to problem solver for our clients—payroll expert, investigator, and relationship builder.
• Deliver a positive client experience through clear, professional communication via phone and email.
• Respond to client requests within SLAs using Zendesk.
• Remain available for inbound client calls and provide reliable support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with available resources and team collaboration.
• Build foundational product and technical knowledge to support client needs.
• Apply core iSolved Time knowledge to troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Escalate appropriately for complex problems.
