eBacon, a Phoenix-based payroll and HR software company serving the construction industry, seeks a Payroll Specialist - Client Success to manage a dedicated client list, run payroll accurately, and troubleshoot payroll needs. This full-time role offers in-person or hybrid work at North Phoenix (101/Cave Creek).

You will engage with clients, provide technical payroll processing support, and ensure seamless integration of client submissions into eBacon's software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payroll processing or payroll support.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS payroll software (ADP, Paycor, Paylocity, or similar).
• Strong customer service instincts and genuine interest in helping people.
• Ability to manage multiple client payroll cycles at once.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone and web to identify and resolve payroll challenges.
• Provide technical support on payroll processing procedures.
• Manage integration of client payroll submissions into eBacon's software.
• First point of contact for employer and employee payroll questions.
