Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations of payroll bureau clients, configuring the EarnIn Payroll platform to align with each client’s rules. You will manage data migration, train bureau admins, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure a successful go-live and sustained optimization.

The role requires deep payroll/HCM expertise, strong project management, and ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll or HCM; hands-on implementation or consulting.
• Experience managing full-cycle software implementations, preferably B2B/SaaS.
• Deep understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, and payroll data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations for new payroll bureau clients from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure EarnIn Payroll to meet bureau rules, workflows and client requirements.
• Manage data migration: extract, map, validate and import legacy payroll data.
• Deliver training programs and documentation for bureau admins and end users.
• Provide hands-on consulting on payroll configuration best practices and compliance.
• Own project plans, timelines, and status communication across teams and stakeholders.
