Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll or HCM with hands-on system implementation, configuration, or consulting.
• Experience delivering full-cycle software implementations for B2B/SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations for new payroll bureau clients licensing EarnIn Payroll.
• Configure the platform to meet each bureau’s rules and client requirements.
• Manage data migration activities including mapping and validating legacy payroll data.
