Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years hands-on payroll experience
• 1+ year EVV platform experience (MITC preferred)
• 1+ year experience in a healthcare or social services setting
• Knowledge of California wage-and-hour law (DDS/Regional Center)
• Advanced Google Sheets & Google Workspace skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Hybrid work capability and collaboration with multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Audit timekeeping in myMITC and RS2; resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Conduct payroll audits for California wage-and-hour compliance
• Prepare payroll reports and tracking spreadsheets
• Reconcile EVV visits against schedules, timesheets, and authorizations
• Ensure EVV data is correctly transmitted to CalEVV state aggregator
• Train staff on myMITC clock-in/out and EVV procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll, PHI, and related data
• Support process improvements in payroll and EVV workflows
