Accord is seeking a Payroll and Operations Associate to manage UKG payroll processing, EVV workflows, and data integration across HHA Exchange, Netsmart, and UKG. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll data flow and support program partners and employees.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will collaborate with Finance, HR, Billing, and leadership to drive payroll accuracy, audit readiness, and compliant, customer‑focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or HR or 3–5 years admin/payroll experience.
• Certified Payroll Specialist credential preferred.
• Experience with multiple payroll software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
• Reconcile EVV payroll entries between EHR and payroll systems.
• Import timesheet data from HHA Exchange into Netsmart and UKG.
• Validate data across HHA Exchange, Netsmart, and UKG for accuracy.
• Prepare year-end payroll reporting (W‑2, W‑2c) and maintain audit-ready docs.
