Job summary

Acrisure, LLC is seeking a Payroll Division Manager to lead targeted Payroll campaigns, manage a team of Payroll Territory Managers, and achieve sales goals. As a PDM, you will support your team and ensure productivity, developing partnerships while managing client relationships.

Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a background in sales management, and experience in the financial technology sector. This role requires a field presence about 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 3-5 years of outside sales and sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview team members.
• Manage sales region and hold the team accountable for goals.
• Provide status updates to senior management.
• Conduct team training sessions.
