Job summary

RWS Global in New York City is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll submissions for a diverse workforce, including performers and seasonal employees. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Accounting and is based at the NYC HQ in Long Island City.

You will import payroll data into NetSuite, reconcile discrepancies, and work with various payroll platforms while ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Payroll Processing and knowledge of U.S. labor laws.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or equivalent accounting software and payroll data entry.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Assistance: support weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll submissions for a diverse workforce, including performers and seasonal employees; import payroll data into NetSuite and reconcile discrepancies; work with various payroll platforms; assist with payroll compliance.
• General Support: ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; provide administrative support to the finance department; participate in special projects and initiatives to support departmental goals.
