Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payrolls and include deductions.

• Assist with federal and state payroll reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll groups and correct errors.
• Enter employee deductions in systems.
• Oversee wage garnishments and respond to inquiries.
• Distribute payroll checks and reconcile payroll taxes.
• File deductions and reports; set pay dates and schedules.
• Calculate changes in contract amounts and leave payouts.
