The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in payroll compliance, auditing, and knowledge of European regulations, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to work independently in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed payroll compliance reviews across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Assess payroll calculations for statutory and policy compliance.
• Perform payroll audits, sampling, and validation exercises.
• Identify compliance risks, control gaps, and financial exposures.
• Review payroll processes and outputs for regulatory adherence.
• Produce findings, recommendations, and stakeholder reports.
• Support remediation activities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance, and project teams.
