Job summary

Jamf is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery for the U.S. workforce and assist with international payroll processing.

You will process semimonthly payroll, prepare federal/state/local tax filings, and coordinate with in-country providers for international payroll activities. You will support year-end processing, respond to payroll tax notices, and leverage AI-powered tools to validate and reconcile payroll data while collaborating with HR, Legal, and Finance on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of U.S. payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax rules — FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and withholding.
• Experience with major payroll platforms, such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Streamline/Celergo, or UKG.
• Exposure to international payroll processes is preferred.
• Experience partnering with OSV or similar payroll service providers is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for reconciliations and reporting.
• Comfort using AI-powered tools to support validation and reconciliation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process semimonthly U.S. payroll — wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments across multiple states in Workday.
• Assist with U.S. payroll tax filings (Form 941, 940, W-2, W-3).
• Research routine payroll tax notices and agency correspondence.
• Support year-end processing, including W-2 preparation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with in-country payroll providers for international payroll processing.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for international payroll vendors.
• Process and audit garnishments, levies, and voluntary deductions.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance on multi-state and multi-country payroll matters.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to support validation and reconciliation.
• Handle other duties and special projects.
