Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in payroll operations.
• Strong experience with payroll processing, reconciliation, reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll is strongly preferred.
• Multinational payroll experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review payroll inputs for the United States and Canada using Workday and CloudPay.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports on pay-period, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Prepare and maintain payroll documentation, reports, and audit records for SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Benefits and HR to coordinate payroll activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and automate workflows.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and policies.
• Partner with accounting for payroll reconciliations and financial documentation.
• Investigate payroll tax discrepancies and tax entries with stakeholders and providers.
• Support payroll projects including system implementations and automation initiatives.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and partners professionally.
