Job summary

Jamf is seeking a Payroll Analyst to deliver accurate, timely payroll for the U.S. workforce and assist with international payroll. This role processes payroll and standard tax filings under established procedures and collaborates with international vendors.

You will handle tax filings, reconcile liabilities, support year-end tasks, and use AI tools for validation. Strong Excel and experience with Workday or ADP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education considered
• CPP certification is preferred but not required
• Experience with U.S. payroll processing and tax rules expected

Responsibilities

• Support accurate, timely payroll delivery for U.S. workforce and assist with international payroll
• Process standard tax filings (Forms 941, 940, W-2, W-3) for review
• Reconcile tax liabilities against the general ledger
• Support year-end processing, including W-2 preparation and reconciliation
• Coordinate with international payroll providers and in-country vendors
• Use AI-powered tools to validate and reconcile payroll data
