Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 0–2 years payroll processing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Audit time entries in the Electronic Time Reporting (ETR) module daily.
• Process biweekly payroll and verify taxes, deductions, and direct deposits.
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to resolve payroll issues and ensure accurate processing.
• Maintain and oversee ETR system data for employees and management.
