You will review inputs, audits, and reports to resolve discrepancies before payroll completion while configuring system data such as time, deposits, and tax elections. The role requires knowledge of payroll processes, time and attendance, and payroll legislation, plus strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration or related operational role.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and payroll legislation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for assigned employee groups accurately and timely.
• Review inputs, audits, and reports to resolve discrepancies before payroll completion.
• Configure and maintain payroll data including time, deposits, tax elections, and earnings/deductions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll issues raised by employees, managers, or providers.
• Handle payroll-related transactions like hires, terminations, leaves, and compensation changes.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, policies, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and others to support payroll operations.
• Assist with reconciliations, audits, reporting, and quarter/year-end activities.
• Support process improvement and maintain documentation.
