Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud HR and payroll provider, is hiring a Payroll Administrator. The role focuses on biweekly payroll for 6,000+ employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.

You will reconcile payroll data, manage time sheets, and respond to employee inquiries while coordinating with Benefits, HR, and Finance. This fully remote US-based position requires 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience and familiarity with Paylocity HR & Payroll.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity HR & Payroll and Time & Labor a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process biweekly payroll for 6,000+ employees across multiple states.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit payroll data for new and current employees, deductions, taxes, and garnishments.
• Administer and reconcile time sheets; resolve discrepancies with managers.
• Process year-end reports (W-2, W-2c, etc.) and conduct payroll audits.
• Collaborate with Benefits, HR, and Finance to streamline processes.
