Job summary

Payroll Solutions HCM is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the main liaison for assigned payroll clients, delivering payroll support, compliance guidance, and system expertise. The role requires payroll processing experience and the ability to handle multiple client payrolls in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the iSolved HCM system, answer payroll and HR questions, stay updated on multi-state wage and hour laws, and help develop payroll policies.

Qualifications

• Two years payroll processing experience required.
• FPC or CPP desirable.
• AA in accounting, HR, or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; proficient with payroll data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple client payrolls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned payroll clients and resolve issues.
• Assist with iSolved HCM system; respond to payroll and HR questions.
• Stay current on multi-state wage and hour laws and taxes.
• Collect and maintain payroll data and process changes.
• Prepare and send pre-process reports for client approval.
• Ensure confidentiality of client and employee data.
• Contribute to process and service improvements.
