Grow Therapy is seeking a Specialist III on the Contract Management & Implementation team to review payor contracts, amendments, and policies before launches, documenting terms and flagging risky language early. You’ll help build a searchable contract repository and support cross-functional teams.

This fully remote, hourly role offers a base rate of $28.85 and benefits including health coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and wellness stipends.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with precise documentation and revenue implications.
• Able to interpret ambiguous contract language and provide clear context.
• Hands-on familiarity with payor contracts, amendments, provider manuals, or payor policies; experience in behavioral health payor is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; conveys complex contract information precisely to cross-functional partners.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review payor contracts, amendments, and policies before new payor launches; document key terms and escalate ambiguous language with context.
• Serve as a go-to resource for contract-related questions, delivering documentation for billing, eligibility, and payor launch teams.
• Build and operationalize a contract repository and AI payor intelligence tooling; organize and migrate contract documentation, define key terms, validate AI search accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve flagged risks and close information gaps with payor partners.
• Analyze reimbursement methodologies and support financial accuracy through upstream contract review.
• Surface process improvement ideas to modernize contract portfolio management.
