Job summary

Talkspace is seeking an Account Coordinator to build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure a smooth, positive experience with Talkspace services. This remote role reports to the Account Management team and collaborates with Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Cycle Management to align on client needs.

You will monitor client engagement, analyze account health, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership while supporting onboarding

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, focused on Payor accounts.
• Experience with B2B2C mental health-related industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Account Management and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success for seamless onboarding.
• Monitor client engagement and utilization; provide adoption recommendations.
• Maintain records of client interactions and report on account performance.
