Job summary

OM Performance Marketing seeks a sharp, dependable Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team. You’ll be the connective tissue across 2-3 Account Managers, organizing status, items, and next steps to keep partners moving.

This part-time, fully remote, independent contractor role is ideal for someone who thrives on checklists, order, and hands-on experience in a fast-growing marketing agency. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, reflecting weekly hours and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Asana or a comparable project management tool.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable owning recurring reporting spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day organizational hub for 2-3 Account Managers, keeping each partner's status, open items, and next steps visible at a glance.
• Maintain Asana hygiene across assigned accounts — creating, updating, and closing tasks, and keeping boards and notifications clean.
• Own scheduling and calendar coordination for assigned AMs, including partner check-ins, internal syncs, and follow-up meetings.
• Support new partner onboarding during the critical first 30-90 days, tracking onboarding checklists and assets.
• Manage recurring partner reporting by maintaining spreadsheets and developing reports to support decisions.
• Monitor email, Slack, and Asana activity for assigned AMs and triage tasks.
