Job summary

TeamLogic IT Woodland Hills is seeking a highly organized Client Success & Account Coordinator to manage client communications, renewals, and follow-through. This role centers on coordinating, documenting, and ensuring commitments are owned and tracked to resolution.

You will work closely with the owner and technicians, maintain client information in Autotask, and help prepare client reviews and onboarding/offboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in client success, account coordination, or comparable client-facing roles.
• Strong spoken and written English with corporate-facing communication.
• Calm, empathetic, professional demeanor with frustrated clients.
• Excellent follow-through, detail orientation, and ownership.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple people and priorities without missing deadlines.
• Good judgment on what can be handled independently and what requires escalation.
• Comfort working remotely with overlap during Pacific Time business hours.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and business systems such as CRM/PSA/ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Client communication and service recovery: coordinate questions, document impact, and establish updates.
• Coordinate with the assigned technician and maintain client communication through resolution.
• Ensure client satisfaction after resolution and document commitments.
• Escalate serious risks to the Owner.
• Client success and account coordination: conduct routine check-ins and track actions.
• Prepare Client Business Reviews and track resulting actions.
• Maintain client health view and document relationship risks.
• Track quotes, approvals, procurement, and project-related communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding across internal teams.
