Job summary

Vehlo is seeking a seasoned customer support specialist to assist existing merchants with day-to-day payment processing questions across phone, email, and chat. You’ll manage account updates, explain pricing models, and investigate payment issues with an emphasis on long-term solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current on interchange, PCI, and other payment ecosystem topics to provide accurate guidance in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, fintech or automotive dealership ops.
• Knowledge of payment industry concepts including interchange and PCI compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with merchant services platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to merchants via phone, email, and chat.
• Process account updates including bank changes and monthly statement uploads.
• Explain pricing models and compliance requirements.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues with long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Implementation, Enrollment, and Operations teams.
