Medius is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Medius Payments Support L2 to join our US-based team on the West Coast (PST). You will troubleshoot Medius Payments, Supplier Management, and Supplier Portal, collaborating with R&D, L1 Support, and Consulting to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.

You will need a solid tech foundation, experience with SQL/XML/JSON and sFTP, and excellent English communication to support global customers and partners.

• Support customers, partners, and consultants in resolving problems with clear, timely explanations.
• Stay up to date with new features and product developments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain clear documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical details for future troubleshooting.
