Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Payments Sales Associate within the Financial Institutions Group – NA Banks segment to support Payments Sales Managers in expanding client relationships and generating new business.

You will collaborate with client service, compliance, operations, risk, credit and legal to ensure optimal product delivery. You will manage a portfolio, engage proactively with clients, and coordinate with internal partners to develop solutions meeting complex needs and pricing,

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in cash management, transaction banking, payments or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions.
• Goal oriented with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently with keen attention to follow-up coordination.
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
• Knowledge of Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing processes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Understand client goals and determine requirements to identify opportunities for JPM Payments.
• Develop account plans and support relationship reviews with the client service organization.
• Build strong relationships within client Treasury, Product and Operations teams to address needs.
• Coordinate KYC and onboarding documentation and support seamless integration with implementation partners.
• Review transactional data to identify trends, pricing and billing inefficiencies; provide recommendations.
• Contribute to team initiatives and industry events.
