Xplor is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role rewards you with activation bonuses, residuals, and a path to a high-earning income while offering flexibility and support to grow your own network.

You can work remotely within the United States with regional field responsibilities. Ideal candidates are natural communicators with face-to-face selling experience, a hunter mentality, and a track record in B2B or merchant services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills; translate technical concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
