Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering flexibility and control over your schedule.

You’ll visit local businesses, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing monthly commissions. The position supports remote work with full training and a pathway to uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
