Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses along with monthly commissions and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
